About the Branch Manager and Broker, Carol Treadway

Carol Treadway is one of the founding Brokers of RE/MAX College Park Realty.  The Company started with one office and 30 agents and has grown to 7 offices and 230 agents, and still continues to grow today.   In 1993, Carol was named Broker of the Year for RE/MAX of California and Hawaii.  Since she was a real estate trainer prior to becoming an owner, Carol’s passion is for teaching, training and motivating.  She is committed to her agents and their success is her #1 priority.
